These terms apply when you use the BL Roofing Solutions website. Any roofing work is governed by the written quote or agreement accepted for that job.

Website information is general. A roofing recommendation can depend on an inspection, safe access, the roof condition, weather and the scope you ask us to assess.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement or confirm that work has been scheduled.

The written quote for a job sets out the proposed scope, price, payment terms, inclusions, exclusions and any stated validity period. Changes to the requested or discovered scope must be agreed before additional work proceeds.

Roofing work depends on safe site access and suitable conditions. Work may be postponed or stopped when weather, access, structural conditions or another site hazard makes it unsafe to continue.

BL Roofing Solutions Pty Ltd holds NSW contractor licence 470272C. The requirements applying to a job depend on its scope and location.

Any workmanship or product warranty offered for a job will be stated in the accepted quote or supplied documentation. Statutory rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
